In 2019, two best friends, Kareem and Fiaz, asked themselves whey there wasn't more enthusiasm for creating less traditional halal foods. Receiving no satisfactory answers, they decided it was time to disrupt the snack foods industry with an innovative jerky product for their unique demographic.
So, they created Twelve Cows, Canada's first halal beef jerky. By doing so, they filled a market niche that had not been addressed at the local or national level. They also cooked up a terrific beef jerky that even the pickiest carnivores would enjoy!
