Our whole team is in love with these Smoked Salmon spring rolls! In-house smoked organically raised King salmon, tangy cream cheese, capers, and dill. The savoury and smoky flavour matches perfectly with the crispy spring roll wrapper. Ray always wanted to make a crispy cheesy spring roll similar to a classic crab cheese deep fried wonton. Who knew Jamie's famous smoked salmon pie filling would make the most amazing spring roll?!

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE

Cook spring rolls from frozen. Pan-fry with some oil until golden or bake at 400F for approximately 18 minutes turning halfway through (until  the internal temperature exceeds 74°C)
