Buttercream How To:

  1. Remove buttercream from fridge and allow to come to room temperature (30-60 minutes).
  2. Place room temperature buttercream in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment or in a large bowl for use with a hand held mixer.
  3. Turn mixer to medium speed and mix for 3-5 minutes or until buttercream is light and fluffy. If adding food coloring, mix buttercream for 3 min, add color and continue to mix for 2 min.
  4. Store leftover buttercream in fridge until expiry date or freeze up to 1 month.
