Pascall’s confectioners may have dressed them in coats and mukluks for the cold, but Pascall Explorers have a wonderful ability to warm your heart with joy. They have a scrumptiously soft texture and soothing colours.
These little guys along with Malt Biscuits are perfect for making the original lolly cake!
Lolly Cake recipe

Crush or process the biscuits to fine crumbs and place in a mixing bowl.

Cut the Eskimo lollies into thirds and add to the bowl, along with the melted butter and condensed milk. Mix as best you can, then turn onto a clean board or sheet of baking paper and form into a log.

Roll the log in coconut, and refrigerate for several hours until firm. Serve in slices.

- Fruit puff style lollies - 190 g
- Butter, melted - 100 g
- Can of sweetened condensed milk - 1/2
- Desiccated coconut - 1/2 - 3/4 cup
