Ambrosial Frozen Cheesecake Bar

Are you ready for a life changing experience? A frozen cheesecake bar just might do it. Also called "cheesecake on a stick", this is the original cheesecake hand-dipped in a Belgian dark chocolate. Once you have had one of these, you cannot go back. The bars freeze up to 6 months and are best enjoyed frozen, however they can also be enjoyed from the fridge.

These are suitable for gluten free customers also (our facility is not dedicated gluten free so trace amounts are possible).

Ambrosial cheesecakes begin with their handcrafted cheese and wholesome, local ingredients. They use Alberta beet sugar exclusively and the sugar content of their cheesecakes is about half of that in other cheesecakes.
