Individually sized cheesecakes with a traditional graham crust base! Made with our handcrafted cheese and wholesome, local ingredients this is a cheesecake that stands out in taste and texture. Compared to other cheesecakes, our sugar content is also half and we use Alberta beet sugar exclusively. Keep them in the fridge for 10 days or freeze up to 6 months. Perfect for a small treat or unexpected guests.

Our dark chocolate cheesecake is a drizzle of Belgian (54%) chocolate drizzled on top. Add your own fresh fruit or enjoy as is.
