NongBu Korean Eatery's new product is here: Spicy Marinated Pork, aka Jeyuk Bokum, aka pork bulgogi! Thinly sliced pork shoulder marinated in a spicy Korean gochujang sauce, this is a classic Korean staple. NongBu's version uses honey and plum to balance out the spiciness of the gochujang (chili paste) and gochugaru (chili flakes). Loads of fresh garlic, ginger and cracked pepper bring out different accents. This is one of their favourite sauces that they make. This is also another Uproot exclusive!
