When we tried the trial batch, we all loved it so we decided to make a big batch. Tender beef strips, melted gooey cheese, and caramelized onions, how can you go wrong? Well, scaling up the recipe means a lot more vegetables which release a lot of juice. As a result, we couldn't put all the cheese sauce into the dumpling filling as it would make it way too watery. So we decided to make a cheese sauce to go with the dumplings!
Sometimes the best innovation comes from mistakes. We are very excited to launch our very first dumpling that comes with its own sauce! Well, that just made these dumplings even better!
As we grow, we are not only learning about how to scale up production capacity, we are also learning about how to set up a proper R&D process. This is the first dumpling with a sauce and it came out of this learning experience. This dumpling just made it happen!

Cheese sauce heating instructions:
Empty cheese sauce package into a microwave-safe dish. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Enjoy as a sauce or dip!
Dumpling: Organic wheat flour, Beef, Water, Bell pepper (red and green), Whole milk, Mushrooms, Onion, Monterey cheese, Olive pomace oil, Parmesan cheese, Garlic, Sea salt, Unsalted butter, Herbs and spices.
Cheese sauce: Whole milk, Aged cheddar cheese, Unsalted butter, Organic wheat flour, Garlic, Mustard (mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, citric acid, sulphites), water, sugar, turmeric), Sea salt, Spice.
