Our Poutine Pie is back! Think of it as cultural cross-pollination that tastes really good - fusion cuisine for The Commonwealth. Built for Canada Day as a nod to the culinary heritage of Jamie's adopted home, the Poutine Pie is made with locally sourced beef and our signature house-made gravy, just like the Old Faithful (Ground Beef and Cheese) pie, but topped with crispy crinkle-cut French fries and gooey cheese curds. The heat from the rich gravy melts the cheese curds to create a ridiculously delicious melty pie!
