Popowich Meat Company - Bratwurst Jalapeno Popppers
These are not fun to make, but they are fun to eat! We stuff our in-house made bratwurst sausage inside 1/2 a jalapeno, then wrap it up with lightly smoked bacon. Most jalapeños are fairly mild, however, watch out, you’ll get a hot one every once in a while!
Grill/PanFry/Bake at medium heat for 25-35 minutes, to an internal temperature of 160F. Once the bacon is crispy you’re good to go! We sometimes finish ours with a favourite sauce for extra flavour.
Jalapeno, pork, water, salt, deheated mustard, black pepper, granulated garlic, nutmeg, coriander, ground caraway. Bacon (pork, water, salt, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, smoke).
