We thinly slice well-marbled AAA boneless short ribs and marinate them in a Korean bulgogi sauce. These are a shop fav, you’ll love them, your kids will love them, their friends will love them, and even your in-laws will love them!
Grill/Fry at medium-high heat to an internal temp of 135F-155F~5-6 mins per side.
