This filling has origins in 1970s Brittany, France which is known for its rich, salted butter. The combination of sweet and salty makes for an appealing treat for the taste buds. Our version is made with the finest ingredients including unsalted butter, organic cane sugar, and sea salt. Never any artificial flavourings.
