South Island Pie Co - Scarfie Pie - Steak, Cheese, & Ale

Here at South Island Pie Co, we love local craft beer! The Scarfie is made up of locally sourced beef, local vegetables and an ale gravy made using Blindman New England Pale Ale and topped with aged cheddar cheese. 

Ingredients : Filling: beef, strong ale, carrots, peas, aged cheddar cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, rennet and/or microbial enzyme), celery, mushrooms, onions, olive oil, flour, water, butter, salt, garlic, herbs and spices, pepper.

Pastry: flour, margarine (palm oil, soybean oil, cottonseed oil, soy lecithin), water, sugar (glucose-fructose), salt, ascorbic acid.

Contains: milk, wheat, soy.

Ingrédients : Garniture : bœuf, bière ale forte, carottes, pois, fromage cheddar vieilli (lait, culture bactérienne, sel, présure et/ou enzyme microbienne), céleri, champignons, oignons, huile d’olive, farine, eau, beurre, sel, ail, herbes et épices, poivre.

Pâte : farine, margarine (huiles de palme, de soya, de coton, soya lecithin), eau, sucre (glucose-fructose), sel, acide ascorbique.

Contient : lait, blé, soya.
