The Red Thai Curry is a flavourful medley that warms from the belly, it will find all your savoury taste buds. Recently transitioned into their vegan option, the Red Curry Kit does not include a fish sauce or palm sugar but feel free to add any kind of protein you crave.
What You Will Need: Coconut milk, meat, vegetable. One can of coconut milk (they currently use Kosa, but recommend one with minimum ingredients on the label, it makes a difference) as well as any meat and any vegetable you would put in a stir fry will likely work great, the kit has everything else covered.
Recommendations for first-timers: Chicken, snap peas, red pepper, broccoli, and zucchini (unless you hate those things). For Vegan options try chickpea, lentil, and cashew.
Regular Kit: Recommended to use equivalent of 2 chicken breast and 1 cup of veggies
What's in the Box: Thai Manna’s vegan red curry paste, lime leaves, chilies, soy sauce, palm sugar, jasmine rice.
Paste Ingredients: Onion, lemongrass, all-natural herbs and spices, garlic, galangal, cilantro, orange zest, and red chilies.
