A corn flour-based flatbread from Colombia. Our Rainbow arepa is made with traditional ingredients and filled with cheese but with a twist. Using fresh vegetables these arepas take on the colours of the veggies in the dough. Pink beet coloured, orange carrot coloured and green spinach and kale coloured arepas add colour and flavour to your table. Traditionally served with breakfast or supper, this arepa is a great gluten-free compliment to eggs, soups, stews or whatever you have in mind.
