Like so many good things, the idea of Cookie Crumbs was baked from a not-so-secret mix of catalysts. First and foremost has to be a love of baking and an even greater love of the smiles on the faces of family and friends that a new batch of freshly made cookies brings. A hybrid of waffles & shortbread makes our handmade desserts unique. Wholesome high-quality ingredients & a passion for our craft make them special. Waffle cookies were a staple in our house for many years and those friends could never find them anywhere else. And perhaps most importantly, as we and so many others have sought to find ways to eat healthier without giving up what we love, truly wholesome cookies must be shared!
