Our founders embarked on an inspiring journey to San Francisco in 2016 where they visited the renowned Mission Chinese restaurant. They fell in love with their food and decided to make this special dumpling that brings back memories of that unforgettable trip.

Our Cumin Lamb Dumplings are filled with juicy lamb and pork, fresh dill, daikon and carrots, seasoned with fragrant cumin and fennel seeds, all wrapped in a dough that is deliciously infused with white wine and parmesan cheese. 

The unique flavours of this dumpling amazed our founders from their first bite. They never tasted anything like it before. So many wonderful flavours all together, so good!

Ingredients:

Wrapper: Organic flour, water, white wine, parmesan cheese

Filling: Lamb, pork, daikon, carrots, hoisin sauce (Sugar, Water, Soybeans, Salt, Wheat Flour, Sweet Potato, Sesame Seeds, Garlic, Caramel Colour, Red Chili Pepper, Red Yeast Rice, acetic Acid, Spices, Xanthan Gum), green onions, ginger, dill, water, fish sauce, olive oil, salt, brown sugar, spices

CONTAINS: WHEAT, FISH, MILK, SOY, SESAME, SULPHITES

Cooking Instructions:
