Limited Edition - Tourtière Pie

The Tourtiere is a nice pie with flaky crust. It is the first time I have had this kind of pie with only ground pork. All the Tourtieres I have ever had came from French Canadians and were made with half ground pork and half ground beef. I much prefer this combination.

Great taste! If I were to change anything, I’d request that the pastry be as light and flakey as it used to be. For some reason your pies in the last few months have had less flaky, tougher crusts.

These pies are truly fantastic. Great pastry, great filling. Can't go wrong with any of the flavours!

Nice variation on the traditional southern hemi meat pie. Pork instead of beef, but same crust. Enjoyed every bite!
