There were times at the beginning when Kathy was overwhelmed with orders where her kids and family had to help scoop cookie dough. But with each challenge she faced, she learned something new. Plus, her kids think it's pretty cool to have an endless supply of freshly baked cookies on hand! Her passion continues to thrive because it doesn’t feel like a job to her--this is fun!
