Ever since I started sourcing high-quality meats from local farms it made a lot of sense to me eat nose-to-tail. Not only is it more sustainable to utilize the whole animal from muscle, to organs, to the bones, there are also many nutrients we'd be leaving out if we didn't consume the whole thing. When I started consuming bone broth regularly, I started to notice improvements in my digestion and energy levels. I wondered why there was no quality bone broth to be found other than in our grandma's kitchen. Everything on the store shelves was devoid of nutrients and flavour. So I set out to make a high quality bone broth for Canadians to enjoy.
