We're on a mission to transform the way people feel about wheat-based products. Founded by Silvio and Gabriele Lettrari in 1993, Kaslo Sourdough has been operating out of the West Kootenay region of British Columbia for almost 30 years. Kaslo Sourdough has become a second generation, family owned, operated and run business that produces sourdough breads and pastas. The sourdough fermentation makes our products easier to digest, more flavourful, with nutrients that are easier to absorb from the grains. Our company stands for high quality, health-promoting products, and is committed to sourcing top notch ingredients from within Canada to produce fermented pastas that make you feel good and feel good about sharing with friends and family.
