Miss P’s Gluten Free

I was an Executive Assistant for Oil & Gas for 25 years, was always very bored. I decided to make a much needed change and to do what I love. I've always loved baking and being in the kitchen. I went back to school and got my degree in baking, then did regular wheat based products. When so many people asked me for gluten free, I decided to do the research. It started with customer demand, then became a challenge to make sure it was just like a wheat product with no after taste and to make sure you could not tell it was gluten free, and now has become a passion.
