Maple Pork Belly Dumplings

It was our lunch one day – slow-cooked pork belly on a bed of organic quinoa topped with fresh bok choy. We loved the combination of melt-in-your-mouth pork belly and flavourful quinoa soaked in the delicious, rich sauce and the refreshing bok choy. A light bulb went off – what if we put the whole dish in a dumpling?! Result? Mind-blowing overwhelming deliciousness.


Filling: Bok choy, pork belly, pork shoulder, organic quinoa, cooking wine (water, rice, wheat, salt), dark soy sauce (water, salt, soybeans, wheat, sugar, seasonings, liquorice extract), brown sugar, maple syrup, spices.
